Second hatch

Hi, when I did my first hatch our chicks started pipping then within 24hours had unzipped, this time round one of our chicks has pipped (last night) and hasn't started just keeps pipping and sticking beak out of hole and making the hole bigger, is this normal I've attached pictures

He may be trying to zip but doesn't have enough energy to do it yet. Just wait and he will probably start zipping
