Seeking hatching eggs- buy online? Anyone local?

I'm seeking bantam cochin hatching eggs. I'd like to get them nearby (I am in the upstate of SC), but so far it's been hit or miss finding them on local facebook pages and on here. Can anyone comment on shipping hatching eggs? I've read that you'll have better hatch rates purchasing them local, but I'd like to know if that should be a priority or not. If it's OK to order and get a decent hatch rate, can anyone recommend online sources?
