Selling chicks and eggs

Hey guys, I was wondering if anyone knows the proper steps i need to take to be able to sell chickens and fertile eggs and such legally in Texas. It would never be very many or anything large scale, but I wanna make sure I am not going to be paying fines do the dang governement. I have banties laying and hatchin eggs left and right and i need to slow down a little bit. I want to be able to put the eggs to use or sale the chicks.

You could start with calling your state department of agriculture. They should be able to guide you in the right direction
