selling ducklings and duck eggs

I live in Maine..and was wondering if you need a license or anything to sell ducklings and eggs? also do you need to register for a name for your place, or just do it..Thank you

Really? Farmers around here sell stuff like that all the time and I know they don't do that. Unless, it is going to be a business, then that is different I guess.
