Hi everyone I've gotten enough eggs being produced were I've decided to start a little road stand to sell extra ones.
I was looking at the rules to see what I would need to do in nh and while I don't need to register it says eggs need to be refrigerated under 45 degrees.
I was just thinking of doing a cooler out front but I don't think ice packs would keep it cool all day. I'd probably be putting them out at 4 in the morning when I leave and then bring them in at night and place them in the fridge. Has anyone had any experience with trying to keep them cool?

Looks to me it says selling from farmers market or farm stand only recommends using a cooler with ice, key word recommended.
That’s were I got a bit confused cause it also says required to be refrigerated under 45 degrees
