Selling hatching eggs?

I would like to start selling my buff orpington Eggs but I am not sure if i realllllly have to be npip certified or can i just sell/ship/trade them anyway and ignore the govt program because i dont really wanna deal with all that. Besides none of my poultry have problems anyway everyone is healthy.

HI, I do not have all your answers but will encourage you to do research on your own.
I know each state is different.
You also may want to read up on care of breeding stock and egg care ect.,so you can sell really great eggs and have
some success.......wishing you much luck....

It will depend on each state you ship to. SOme states are VERY picky, some do not care, some need things way more then NPIP, some need paperwork with every egg....

You will see a lot of people will not ship to VA, for example, because they are SOOO strict. And they will fine you not the person recieving the eggs.
