Serama chicks integration and winter

Okay we just got 2 Serama chicks. I would like to eventually introduce the to our other chickens.we have 3 Isas, 3 Silkies, a pair of Rouen ducks, a 10 week old EE and a 10 week old RR. Our coop is 4'x8' with half of it has a second floor. Our run is 8'x16' and we plan on putting up plastic for winter. When we introduced or 10 week olds a few weeks ago they initially got picked on by the Isa's. We should have taken more time with the integration. Now my questions. Will I have enough time to introduce the Serama before winter? Will they be old enough to go in the coop for winter? Should I just keep them inside this year? Any suggestions would be helpful.

I keep my seramas separate. The size difference is quite a bit. Also they need more winter cold protection than do the other chickens.
