Does anyone have pics of small coops and runs for a SERAMA pair?
Especially a quick and cheap ez run.
I do have a medium dog crate they could sleep in temporarily. I need to put the coop or crate in the run to keep them safe.
I want to elevate the coop or crate off the ground keep them at eye level and have a ramp to the run. It seems like it would be so much easier to keep it clean an handle the chickens.
I have them in a dog crate now w/ a basket for a nest. I laid panels of wood around it for wind break. Today, I put a baby pool on top so no rain can get in.
The tiny hen is laying eggs, so she needs a cozy spot of her own.
I just bought a pair and I need to rig something up quick.
I know they need to be kept warmer than most chickens.
