Serama egg problem helpppp

Hello every one I am incubating serama eggs it's day 20 today and there is a pip on 1 egg but there is no sound can any one help

It's fine it's probably just resting in there. I have one in my incubator that hasn't been making much noise either.

Yup they pip and then rest for a while. My chick pipped first at 3AM today and didn't make noise until 10AM that same day. It's all good.
