The touch of comb color of my silkied serama has me concerned. It started looking pink but depends on the lighting. No wattles yet, so I'm a little confused.

Thanks. That's what I'm thinking now, but was surprised how late the comb popped up. Most male serama pics show pink starting at 3 weeks, and by 4 weeks they have tiny wattles. He seems to be running late. LOL

The other serama is bigger and has that outgoing personality. She flies out and onto my DD's shoulder as soon as the brooder lid is removed. Based on personality, I really thought the genders were reversed. Based on comb color, I now think the golden one is the female.
