I know the class A seramas are really prone to heart trouble because of their size, but what about the bigger ones, like the class Bs and Cs? Are there any that are still tiny and have the stick-up tail and the personality, but are as healthy as bigger birds?

I have a tiny pullet that might be considered A sized... no problems with her... I think her mother is a large A/small B and she's fine too....
I haven't heard about A's having problems?
But yes, there are VERY typey B's and D's. Check out Tim Hopkins from Georgia on Facebook. I absolutely love his birds.
