How can I encourage my serama hen erma to lay on her five eggs? also since some of them have been in there for about a week would they still be hatchable.

Going broody is a hormonal thing, and there's really nothing you can do to make her, or encourage her to go broody. Put golf balls inside the nest boxes to avoid spoiled eggs, and on her own terms, she may decide to set. Two-three days after she began sitting, you can take up the golf balls and add in the real eggs. They are still eligible for incubation at one week. If these eggs are important, there's no sense in waiting on the hen, go get an incubator! :)
