serama hen in trouble need help

hi we have a serama hen who is very lethargic with a sloppy bum and what looks to be a small prolapse from her bottom and her tail is bent over can anyone help thanks bennyg

Start with a long, warm bath. Once she is done in the tub, check the prolapse. If it is still there apply either Preparation H (hemorrhoid cream with no pain relievers) or honey to the prolapse. She is going to need to stay isolated until that prolapse is fixed or she will be killed by the other birds.

Let us know how she is after her bath.
