Serama roo and NJ roo ??

Ok this is one of 4 , 4 week old serama I got a clearer picture of his little head
He is also getting little waddles
So am I right is he a litte roo?

Ok NJ can be sexed as day olds and I know this guy was a roo but I wanted to show you all what a rooish roo he is already at just over 3 weeks old

Looks like a roo to me but I don't raise chickens so I'm not sure.
