Serama rooster very weak

I have a 1 1/2 year old serama rooster who is molting but his crows are weak not like his usually high pitch his movement is slower he still eats and drinks just not being active is this normal is this because of the molt his comb was kinda pink but had since turned alittle bit red

Could just be a rough molt. As long as he is eating and drinking I wouldn't worry too much, but it's a good idea to look him over closely for injuries/anything unusual and make sure there is no mite/lice problem which can cause weakness and anemia. Lice and their eggs can be seen at the base of feathers. To look for mites check the roost bars at night which is when most mites will come out of their hiding spots to feed on the chickens. To help him get through the molt you can give him some extra high protein treats while he is regrowing his feathers.
