Serama space needs? Brahmas?

Do American seramas require less space due to their smaller size? They're such tiny things, I can't see them needing as much room as a bird three times their size.
For that matter, do Brahmas need more space?

You can keep 2 times the number of bantams as Large Fowl, in comparable space.

they are small but active bird, i love to see birds running around and scratching for food. give them space to run around in.
