I have serama miniatures but they have feathered feet. Not lots just some

Is this normal? Cross breed?

I am trying to raise pure breeds I will steer clear of the breeders eggs if this is not allowed etc

HI,
You may want to repost in the Malysian Serama thread...............
but I can tell you that the feathers are O.K.
Some that I have seen have a lot of feathering, they call it booted.
Welcome to Seramas

They do not have to be cross bred but the booted have a long way to go type wise. mho
