Set eggs under broody 4/30 Anyone want to join me?

I set 5 eggs under my wyandotte girl and 3 under my RC RIR girl. Anyone else set?

I didn;t have to set them, she set them herself. I have a BIG FAT Buff Orp that is sitting on God only knows how many eggs. The good news is she is in a box so the others can't lay behind her and shove them under. They are trying from the front, but she is full!

I set 8 polish eggs under my Bantum broody on Friday night too! Expected hatch date is Sat. May 21st - same date for you?

Id Love to hatch with you if you dont mind. My Muscovy duck egg set on april 28 and are due to hatch on the 31 of may

ChiChi - how many did you set? Is a Duck sitting on them? I set polish eggs, but have a Bantum Wyandotte (sp?) sitting on them.

4 are set, no a duck is not sitting on them but I wish one was. They are Muscovy duck eggs. I saw the parents, though and they are gorgeous!

I've got 16 eggs under a cuckoo marans hen and due to hatch around the 18th of May. Is that close enough? She's sitting on a good mix of marans, ameraucana, australorp and olive eggers

There is also a red silkie that is looking like she's catching the hatching fever too so maybe I'll put about 10 silkie eggs under her.
Besides those hens I also have about 25 to hatch this weekend and then around 75 in the bator to hatch on the 18th, and then the bator gets locked up!!!
