Setback...can I patch sheet metal?

So today is the first time it has rained since i got my new used coop. The metal roofing is leaking. I only noticed a few spots, I would really prefer to patch it instead of replace it. Is there a way? Can I use caulk or something?

I used clear silicon caulk to patch a couple of leaky spots. Worked like a charm for me.

Use a paintable silicon caulk if the holes are not to big. If they are bigger, you can use JB weld. Then I would recommend Fibered silver barn roof paint available at lowes or home depot in the roofing section. This will help prevent further leaks in weak areas.
