What would you say is a good/fair price to set on a Roo you do not want/need, But would like for it not to be sent to freezer camp right away?

I have someone inquiring about a Roo that I will not be keeping...the new owner's intent is to possibly use it as a breeding roo.

It is a hatchery bird, an BB Red OEGB.

What would be a good price to set to keep the person interested if his inetent is to truly breed with it and not eat it ASAP?

wrong section for this but being hatchery the most i would ask would be 5-7 on an oegb

Oh, I am sorry. I actually tried to figure out what are was best to put this in... I guessed wrong,

Thanks

try posting in the breed, genetics, and showing thread also add a pic of the chicken it will help judge the value of the chicken in question

Well if it is full grown it could be about $25 if it is a chick I would say about $5
