Setting silkie

So one of my hens has been setting on at least one egg for 20 days! We also have two roosters and another hen. Should I seperate her from the others in case the egg is fertile and hatches? If so, how long should I keep them all apart? Any advice is appreciated as I have little to no knowledge about all this!!
