1: Long story short I have 3 Chicken houses. Chickens in #3 came from Welp hatchery and include Polish, Houdans, Anconas, odd Wyandottes(which I'm 100% sure they aren't Wyandottes), and some misfits who didn't get along with their other housemates. Recently, the roosters have gone aggressive and are attacking my hens, I believe it is their hormones kicking in, they turn 1 year late May. But they aren't overmating, they're flat out attacking the hens.
I relocated all the hens to house #2, they happily accepted them with no issue.
When will the roosters get over their hormonal issues, or since I removed hens is it not going to resolve itself?
I'll probably just make a rooster flock out of them if it's going to be permanent, I would only ever breed the polish anyway.
And the roosters are getting along just fine, that's why I was a little confused when they were attacking the hens instead of eachother....

2: Another somewhat related question: in #2, my Ameraucana hen is fighting a specific Wyandotte(?) Rooster, but she's fighting him rooster style. She acts like she has spurs (but she doesnt). I've had to actually break them up a few times, the rooster is not trying to mate with her. I think they just hate eachother...? Anyone else experience this? Is it normal? When I free range them they're fine.

3: how long should I let the new hens stay in the chicken house before letting them free range? These specific ones from #3 Have never free ranged, I just want to be sure they understand where to comeback to roost at night. (Note: I will never let the Polish/Houdans free range, I have too many predators here. They would go in a pen)

4: When a chicken is getting close to "his time", will he exhibit signs? I have a Silkie/RIR mix that recently has been acting different, out of nowhere he's sweet and loves to be loved on. Usually he is moody and ready to bite you.
His tail is dropped to the floor, usually he has it up.
His eyes look tired.
He sleeps more often, even while free ranging outside, I find him curled up with his head tucked under his wings.
He IS eating and drinking, he feels a little lightweight, but NOT skinny.
Unfortunately, I do not know his age. Newbie me (about 3 years ago) got him off Facebook for free, the lady wouldnt tell me his age, I was too excited to care. So he could literally be any age :/

Sorry for so many questions!!

Another question! I forgot to add it.

5: Do roosters have a favorite hen? I have plenty of hens, none are bald or missing feathers.... except for one... Her wings are missing quite a few feathers, it's very noticeable. She's an Isa Brown. Should I isolate her with my blind hen for a while to give her a break?

That rooster I mentioned in question 4, he is now sleeping in a nesting box. Anything I can do for him? Does this sound like a sickness at all, or just old age?
