Severe eye injury please help!!!

How would I know if I ever had fowl pox or respiratory infection? They all seem so be so happy all the time.
The bubbles or foam in the eye is one sign of mycoplasma (MG) respiratory disease, and swollen eye is another. Tylosin may help treat symptoms, and can be found online at jedds. Dosage is 1 tsp per gallon of water. Here is an article on it:

Fowl pox is a virus caused by mosquitoes, and it causes scabs on the face, comb, and wattles from the bites. Usually more than one chicken will have the scabs. Here are some pictures and info on that:

Thank you not sure that its relevant as its physical impact and continuing :( she was hit into the eye by a hen, and keeps scratching it. Any ideas how to prevent that?

If you can irrigate the eye with saline and use some Terramycin eye ointment from your feed store, or plain Neosporin triple antibiotic ointment on it 2-3 times a day which can speed healing.
