Sex and Breed anyone?

We are guessing the first two are girls and the other two are boys....but don't really know. Help us newbies please!

they're kinda young....the only way I could tell the difference b/w my roo and my pullets is from the comb developing faster, getting bigger, and getting redder sooner than the females. That's the only advice I know....how old are they???

My guess on breeds:
1) Buff Orpington
2) Rhode Island Red
3) Barred Rock
4) ???

Looks like a nice mixed flock of good layers, assuming they're all pullets!

The breeds mentioned above seem reasonable guesses. You can't sex from plumage at this age.

What does the comb on the last one look like?
The chick looks like a slw to me, but Ihaven't owned many of these and am by no means an expert.

I think our chicks are 1 month old. Here is another pic of chick #4. We really don't know anything about chickens but could you tell me what a SLW is?

I think the last one may be a Silver Laced Wyandotte. I'll try to find a pic of ours at that age...

Never mind! I just noticed the comb. It looks a lot like our SLW (see pic) but they have pea combs and it sure looks like a single comb on your chick.

I don't think it's an Australorp. Ours did not have white like that in the wings when she feathered in -only white in the baby fluff-, nor an eyeliner stripe. (She's in the pic below, far right.)
