Sex for EE

95% sure this ~12 week old EE is unfortunately a cockerel?

For my own information, can you point out why you say this? Is this a rose comb? I see now some of the tail feathers arching, so I think that is one sign...

It's actually a pea comb and a decently large one for that age which indicates it is a cockerel. You can also see the male off-colored saddle feathers starting to come in on the bird.

Agree with the others, its the size and color of the comb at this point, and the start of the saddle feathers coming in. The tail doesn't much say anything to me at this point. At this age, male and female tails will look similar since chickens are molting at this point. A pullet tail can deceptively look similar to a cockerels.

X2. The saddle feathers are the yellowish ones just now showing on his back. They'll get a lot more obvious but a pullet has the same color feathers there as the rest of her body.
