Sex link and Delaware chicks

If I cross a RIR roo with Delaware Hen it would be a sex link right. Would you be able to tell the difference in a pure delaware chick and a this sex linked cross chicks?

Yes, that would produce a sex-linked cross. Males will be white, females a reddish-brown.

but would the sex links be dark enough to tell them from the pure Delawares. I'm planning to get a delaware roo and I already have the rir in with them.
