Thank you. That makes sense. I can’t wait to see what I hatch.Yes, you're right about the sex linking.
But with a blue father, half of them will have blue instead of black.
So some females will be black solid and some will be blue solid.
The males will have some black with white barring and some blue with white barring.
(The blue gene just turns black into blue, without any effect on the barring.)
