Sex-link layed egg with no shell, lost one 2 wks ago. help

I got 2 black sex-links and a rir two months ago. Fine happy active, but I did note that one egg out of three frequently had stretch marks or scarring across the middle. At some point one bs-l laid an egg/no shell. I know only because I was there( The rir flew across the coop to get eat something that a bs-l was eating so I investigated. It was an egg with no shell fragments.)

One bs-l became lethargic then died about 2 weeks ago. Now my last bs-l just layed a shells egg this time I examined her vent, a little blood and some matted feathers. I have been counting eggs lately and the tow are giving a little less then one a day.
