She is 9 weeks old, and sweet as sugar. She has just a tiny single bump right between her eyes. Should I be worried, could this affect egg laying, what's goin on. She is part of our first flock of 6, all 9.5 weeks old. Any thoughts on this are appreciated.

Hi.... mmmm a better picture of the whole pullet would be better..... but she might not be a sex link after all:/

She could have a V comb, suggesting she's not a sex link and has some polish in the background, or she could have a pea comb. I'm thinking she isn't a sex link, just a mutt, and she just has a funny comb.
It wouldn't effect her laying, no ^^

Yeah I have to agree with cochinbrahmalover as she it a mutt.... but all my mutts are incredible layers sone even more than my stars.... shape or volor or comb or whatever doesn't have any relation in laying ability.... she's just gorgeous and don't make her the black duck of the flock just because she's a mutt... she might be your favorite ;)

So far she is my daughters favorite. She named her Sweety Pie. I'm not bothered by the hole "mutt" thing. Just curious, as this is our first flock. My daughter got: barred EE roo BSL roo, blueish black EE pullet, Dominique pullet, her, and another "mutt" with golden brown feathers instead of the reddish brown that Sweety Pie has.

They're all so beautiful and unique.... they're going to be great pets and you'll enjoy watching them and you'll enjoy their eggs on breakfast a couple months later :D ;)
