Is that the mother in the picture with them, or just the broody?
Just the broody her eggs werent fertile but the rest of the clutch that she hatched were 1 obvious easter egger egg and 5 from my mille fleur hen
I put apicture of the rooster, the mille fleur hen and the egger hen..the egger chick despite hatching 3 days later is much bigger

I'm getting 'black patterned gold incomplete doublelace/halfspangled' females and 'black patterned gold incomplete laced/halfspangled' males when I plug the Golden Sebright and Mille Fleur d'Uccle feather patterns into the calculator, myself. 🤔 I know how to tell laced from doublelaced at this age, but those patterns being incomplete kinda messes that up.

I honestly don't think that cross is sexlinked in a way you'll really be able to tell them apart this young, I think it's indicating that the male patterning will be slightly different than the female patterning once they're grown. Keep an eye on them, though, and we'll see! They sure are cute little buggers! :love

Ah that i understand.. i thought i knew a lot about color genetics with horses and dogs, chickens make mefeel stupid.. i dont even know all thepatterns and colors ..i am learning.. but they are far more complicated

Don't feel stupid, chickens and their genetics really can be quite complex and confusing, especially just starting out! Keep reading and learning, and things will eventually start to click. 🙂
