If you cross a Black Astralorp roo with a Barred Holland hens ,would the chicks be sex links or not? Thanks for info.

Yep

The boys will be born with a large white dot, the girls will be black.

Yes. If you cross any nonbarred rooster with any barred hen, you'll get sexlinked chicks.

White Leghorn (dominant white) won't work for sex links
chicks will all be white with some leakage
