Most likely the lighter one is a roo and the two red/brown ones are hens. good luck with them!

The white one is a hen and just started laying 2 days ago. I was wonder about the red and brown ones. The one with a little grey has me wondering....

You're welcome! I guess she just matured a little faster. The one with grey does look like it has some roo feathers, but hopefully it's a girl! unless of course, you want a rooster. Then vice versa. : )
