Sex? Salmon Faverolle

Well salmon wings do normally mean female but the breast has to feather white. Males can start out salmon but it turns into black, you can see that happening on Thor's shoulders and male breasts feather black. Buuut hatchery genetics can mix up these colorations quite a bit.

I always thought that blackish wings meant cockerel for this breed, and salmon coloured wings meant pullet

That is what I have been going off of, but Loki is darker than Daphne (who is more salmon). I'd call Loki more mahogany.

Loki has no black on her. So, based off of the responses, she is a she with thick manly legs

Yes Loki is just a dark girl lol! You've got two shades. Actually Loki looks a whole lot like my Rene and Daphne looks like Lulu, Tucks and Beavis. Btw I don't think iv'e ever seen a faverolle with skinny legs.
