Sexing 2-3 week old chicks

I had a friend bring me twelve chicks and I have no idea how to tell for sure what Ive got. They are almost 3 wks old. Any suggestions on what to do? I only want one rooster in the end.

There are quite a few webpages out there about it, but unless you are professional it's really hard to tell. here: http://www.ithaca.edu/staff/jhenderson/chooks/sexingchicks.html.
I find it easiest to sex them by the crest and the color around the eyes (redder for cockerel).
