sexing 4-5 week old light sussex?

I don't know the Light Sussex breed very well, but judging by comb and wattle size(especially at such a young age), you're correct about having 5 roos and 1 hen...

Yes unfortunately it does look like only one female.

With my flock, I got lucky. 6 chicks from a strait run bin at TSC and they are all females!

Light Sussex develop spurs pretty early, and have thicker legs than the hens, that is how I sex them early at about 6 to 8 weeks. If you want to know earlier, you can always do the wing feather test. I've never done it on mine, but its another way that's pretty accurate if you know what to look for.
