Hello, my 2 friends in the pictures below are 4 weeks old. They are New Hampshires.

I suspect:
  • Left (in the corner) is male.
  • Right (with more dark spots in the back/neck) is female.

For those who breed New Hampshires, am I correct?

Comb has same size (they are still 4 weeks.) Is there a better photo angle I can provide?

Agreed, they both look like pullets to me but it's hard to tell if the suspected cockerel's comb is large from the angle of the photo

With chicks this age the combs are the best way to sex them, so if the combs are similar in size and color they are likely both female. It's easier to tell from the side.
