Sexing 4H Market Chickens

My daughter will sell a pen of 3 that have to be the same sex. The first 2 we have picked as roosters. See first two pictures.

The third I’m fairly certain is a rooster but not confident. (Leg band #13.)

Then the last 2 (#8 & #1) I am even less sure of, these two are very similar looking with combs not nearly as developed, but not so underdeveloped and pale as the birds I’m sure are hens.

Any help is appreciated!

You don't mention age... but I think they're all cockerels.
Sorry, 6 weeks This weekend, although my husband believes they may be a bit older as they were more feathered when we picked them up than usual. But that may be a breed thing?
