I'm pretty new to this site so please forgive me if this has been addressed before! I have grown out two BBS Copper Marans of my own breeding (first time, newbie at that!). The blue in the first photo is definitely a cockerel as he has bee quite verbose in his crowing. The splash is the one I'm having trouble sexing. Up until two days ago, I thought it was a she ("she" developed comb and waddles much later than the blue, came into feather before the blue, no crowing as yet). But in the past couple of days, "she" has grown some tail feathers that are decidedly down turned and getting longer. Also, the blue is chasing "her" off which is surprising since they have always been just as close as two peas in a pod.
Any ideas? Thanks!

BTW, they are about 3 months old.
