Sexing Buff Orpington Chicks

Hi All, I've seen other posts about this but could do with some expert advice. I have 4 week old BO's and have no clue if they're hens or Roo's. Any idea's appreciated.

Welcome to BYC! It's great to have you.

BOs take a while to show and four weeks is way too young to sex with any accuracy. Try posting updated photos in the "What Breed or Gender is This?" forum when the birds are 8-12 weeks of age.

Yes, please do wait a few weeks and then post photos at " what breed or gender is this." Please be sure to mention their age at that time.

Thanks everyone for your responses, you've been really helpful and this is fast becoming my favourite website

. I will definitely be posting updated photo's into the "What Breed or Gender is This?" forum when they are a bit older. I'm so attached to them already so am keeping my fingers crossed that I only have one Roo out of the three.
