Sexing Day Old Chicks help

I’m trying to get ahead of the game and sex my day old chicks. Can anyone help?

You can't sex by wing feathers at hatch unless you have set up a sexlinked breeding. That requires the male be to be pure for fast feathering and the female to have the sex-linked delay gene. Otherwise, all you're accomplishing is to see whether you have chicks (male or female) with a delay.
