Sexing day old chicks - please help me out?

I have 10 light sussex chicks that hatched out yesterday, I have been told that you can tell whether they are rosoters or poullets by looking at their back vent and the presence of a tiny spot/ pimple tells their gender? Can any one help me out on this, maybe give me some extra inofmration or advice on how to do this properly?
