I just hatched out about 10 chicks from my Americauna (EE) flock. Is there a trick to sexing day olds besides vent sexing? I've heard that pullets are more uniform in color markings where cockerels have more of a scattered color marking. Any advice is appreciated. If anyone has a knack for sexing them, I could post pictures.
