How can you sex EE's by color?

Not really. Because they're mutts, they can be pretty much any color.

The only EEs you can sex by color are the duckwing/wheaten based ones. At chickhood the males are a very pale chipmunk, and as they grow older the females look sort of partridge-typsy and the males are black and red or quite white with some black or brown smudging. But of course, this isn't always accurate.
