I have two different looking Frizzled Sapphire Jewels from Meyer's Hatchery. This one has a pea style comb but hasn't laid yet. The other has a rose comb (at least I think that's what you call it) which is redder and has the wattle as well. She is a pullet who just started laying. I will include a pic of her at the end. But the 1st two pics... any thoughts?

I think both are pullets and have modified pea combs, the one that's laying has a bigger one because she is more mature. Of course comb size among mixed breeds will vary.

This is my frizzle mixed breed I hatched from shipped eggs. She hasn't laid yet at 27 weeks old. Her comb is tiny and pinkish. Starting to think she'll never lay!

Thank you. How do you tell, I can only tell in certain breeds and end up using hackles, legs, etc most of the time so it's still a guess lol.

Definitely both pullets. I’m mostly going off of the comb size at this point, also the absence of male specific feathering. It can be tough to tell on frizzles, but the feathers look nice and rounded.
