Hi All,

I have 6 - 9ish week old guineas. Can you tell from the pics how many male and females I have? How can you tell? I have heard the female buckwheating, but I can't tell how many make the call.

Guineas, especially keets cannot be sexed from photos. Since they are not old enough to be laying, the next best method of sexing guineas is from their calls. Females can and do "buckwheat", males cannot. The "buckwheat" is the females call for a mate.
