Start off by apologizing for the picture option - this was the only picture provided by the person rehoming the chicken and we are planning to look in person this weekend.
It's a silkie mix (unsure what it's mixed with), approx age is 6-7 months. Just trying to verify that this is a hen.. if that's possible with no other pictures available right now? Just being paranoid because we were already overloaded with roosters from our first round of chickens and I'm not confident on sexing.
