Sexing khaki campbells

So a male and female or two males? They are 16 weeks old and the one has the curly tail and darker head so I’m sure he’s a male but not sure about the other. They hatched the same day. Any input would be helpful. They aren’t very friendly so this was the best picture I could get. Thanks in advance.

Well they make different sounds but I wouldn’t say it is a full out quack but it’s not the same as the other. the definite male sounds like he has a head cold with a whistley nose!
