Sexing Marans

Is there any differences between the sexes of BC Marans as far as color and rate of feathering. I have 7 chicks that are about a month old, when they hatched 2 of them had brown on the faces and those two grew longer wing and tail feeathers faster. Now one ove them has a much larger comb than the other and with the rest of them, the combs are about the same as the one with the smaller comb, but they have not started growing tail feathers yet.

Any ideas?

My BC marans were pretty easy to tell male from female. The roos get more color faster, and their combs get larger much quicker. You can look at their heads and tell pretty much at about a month old. The wattles are also bigger. HenZ

Like I said only two have the copper color coming in and one has abigger comb than all the others and the other dosen't.
