Sexing Mottled Cochin Bantam (15wks Old)

My 2 mottled Cochin bantam pullets are exactly the same, with one having a pale yellowish pink comb, while the other started to develop a larger, redder comb. I think they are just maturing at different rates. My mottled Cochin bantam cockerel, though the smallest of the 3, had a noticeable larger and very bright red comb and face by 8 weeks old.
