Hello, i recently bought some new young guineas at an auction.

There are about two to three months old. So far all i hear is a one syllable sound. Do guinea hens make both one and two syllable sounds? if they are all males what do you suggest i do with them?

Yes, Hens can make both calls, males won't.

Try separating them one at a time into a cage, and take the bird away from the others, out of sight. If it's a Hen she'll start buck-wheating shortly after, especially if she can't see you either. Then you can band her leg with a zip tie and catch another and try it again.

People do fine with all male flocks, specifically for pest control and barnyard watchdogs. If you have other types of poultry, the male Guineas can become bullies, especially come next spring when the breeding season starts, so hopefully you have at least a couple Hens.
